I understand that fraternities have a selective membership process, and that no fraternity is obligated to extend membership to me. Likewise, I am not obligated to accept membership in any fraternity if I do not wish to join.

ACADEMIC RECORD RELEASE: I understand that to participate in recruitment I must be a regularly enrolled, full-time student in good standing with Southeast Missouri State University. To join a chapter I must also have a 2.50 or better cumulative GPA from high school, or a 2.50 cumulative college GPA if I have completed 12 or more college credit hours. I understand that some chapters may require a higher GPA in order to join that particular chapter, and that I may ask for and will be given that information during recruitment.

I authorize Southeast Missouri State University's University Center Office to verify my academic eligibility and to enter my verified cumulative GPA information into my recruitment registration. I understand that fraternity chapters will be able to view and use this information in order to make membership selection decisions.
